We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be unused, unworn, and with tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us

 immediately, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty and hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the return conditions stated above.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us
